• By placing an order, you confirm that you are accessing the site to make legitimate purchases.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, limit order quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., in cases of incomplete delivery addresses or unverified orders).

• Product Visuals: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and designs of our footwear as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings.
• Pricing & Availability: All prices listed on fitfootwear.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Sizing: Please refer to our official Size Chart provided on product pages before ordering. Size exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

• Order Confirmation: All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders undergo a verification step via WhatsApp or Phone Call prior to dispatch.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): The total invoice amount must be paid in cash to the courier representative upon delivery.
• Advance Payments: Orders using manual bank deposit/JazzCash/EasyPaisa will be dispatched once payment verification is confirmed by our support team.

Delivery timelines across Pakistan are typically 2 to 5 business days. Delivery delays caused by unexpected weather conditions, political situations, or courier operational issues are beyond our direct control, though we will assist in resolving them promptly.

These Terms of Service and any agreements between you and Fit Footwear shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
