At Fit Footwear, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible across Pakistan.

1 Delivery Timelines
  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.
  • Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 5 working days.
Note: Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2 Shipping Charges
  • Standard Delivery: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, order value, and delivery location across Pakistan.
  • Special Promotion: We frequently offer promotional FLAT Shipping Rates or FREE Shipping on specific order values (e.g., Orders above Rs. 3,000). Any active shipping discounts will automatically apply during checkout.
3 Order Tracking & Dispatch Confirmation
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/WhatsApp notification with your Courier Tracking Number (PostEx / Trax / CallCourier etc).
  • All orders go through a confirmation call or WhatsApp verification before dispatch to ensure address accuracy.
4 Open Parcel / Parcel Inspection Policy

As per courier partner standard security policies, parcels cannot be opened before payment to the rider.

However, we provide a hassle-free 7-Day Size Exchange & Refund Guarantee if there is any size or quality issue after opening the package.
